Elliott Digital
Launch is not the end of the invoice. Copy, photos, and small pages always show up in week two. A care plan names the work, the number, and the limit. Extra work past the plan is quoted before it starts.
Hosting, security monitoring, software updates, backups, uptime, SSL, minor monthly edits, and basic technical support. The plan for a site that should stay live without becoming a new project every time a sentence is wrong. It does not include new pages, publishing, or automation work. Those are Care + Content or a quote.
Everything in Basic Care, plus more edit time, blog publishing support, new page updates, basic SEO monitoring, and a monthly performance check. Use this when you actually have something to publish. It does not cover booking, CRM, SMS, or chatbot work.
Everything in Care + Content, plus landing page updates, automation monitoring, CRM, email, and SMS support, AI chatbot updates, conversion improvements, monthly reporting, and strategy recommendations. For a site with booking, CRM, SMS, or a chatbot that needs watching.
A rebuild. A new section that is really a new project. A stack nobody has looked at: hosting a site Elliott Digital did not build means seeing the repo or a clean export first, and if the stack is a mess the answer is a rebuild quote, not a care plan. Nothing is promised that cannot be defended, including rankings.
A shared list of requests. Named edits go through the plan first: copy, images, a new page, a form field, a redirect, a plugin or dependency bump. If a request grows past the plan, it is quoted before any work starts. You are never surprised by an invoice for something you did not approve.
Each month is a fresh window, on purpose. That keeps the monthly number honest: the plan covers a month of named work, not a bank of hours that builds up and then arrives as a project. If a month is quiet, it was quiet. If you need more, move up a plan or ask for a quote.
At launch, or when you buy a plan on a site that is already live. Each website package pairs with a starting plan, shown on the packages page.
