Terms
Last updated October 6, 2026. Package prices and page counts are published on /packages. Monthly care plans are on /care-plans. Work past a named package is quoted before it starts. This page covers use of the marketing site and how work starts.
The marketing site
This site is a marketing site for Elliott Digital, based in Catawissa, Pennsylvania. Copy, package names, and case studies describe published offers and live work. Sending a project request, booking a call, or using the studio assistant is not a contract and does not reserve a launch date. The studio assistant answers from published information and can be wrong, so prices and scope are confirmed in your invoice or statement of work. There is no public phone number.
Concept demos
The demos page shows working concepts with sample data. They are not client sites, results, or reviews, and nothing you click or type in a demo is sent to us.
How work starts
Work starts after we agree on a package or custom scope and you receive an invoice. Website packages are typically invoiced to kick off, with the rest of the build invoice due before DNS moves or the site goes public. You review on a staging URL before launch.
Scope and pages
Website packages include the pages and the includes listed on the packages page. Extra pages, rush delivery, migrations, copywriting, and automation are quoted before they start. If the scope grows past the agreed sitemap, we pause and quote rather than absorbing unbounded work into the original invoice.
Care plans
Care plans are billed monthly: Basic Care, Care + Content, or Growth + Automation Support. Hosting, backups, uptime, and the edits named in the plan live there. Unused work does not roll over. Extra work beyond the plan is quoted before it starts. Plans can start at launch or on a site we did not originally build, after we have seen the stack.
Chat assistants for client sites
If we add a chat assistant to your site, it answers only from the facts, rules, and questions you publish in your workspace, and it goes live only when you turn publishing on. You are responsible for keeping those facts accurate and current. Its replies are generated and can be imperfect. Questions it cannot answer are saved in your workspace so you can add the answer, and you can switch the assistant off at any time by unpublishing the facts.
Client responsibilities
You supply access, brand assets, product data, and timely feedback needed to ship. You own the voice of the business. We draft structure and headlines; final claims about your products, pricing, and legal obligations are yours to approve. Delays in feedback move the launch window.
Client workspaces
If we set you up with a workspace in our CRM, Elliott Digital staff may open it only to make changes you have asked for or to find and fix a problem. Those changes are recorded under the staff member’s name. We do not browse your data, or use it, for any other purpose. We also manage who can sign in to your workspace.
Intellectual property
Until invoices for the agreed scope are paid, we retain the work product. After payment for that scope, you own the site design and content created for you, excluding our internal tools, patterns, and third-party software. We may show the work in our portfolio unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Portfolio honesty
Case studies describe live work you can click. If a project is not on the work page, we have not published it yet. We do not invent clients or logos to look busier than we are.
Warranties and liability
The marketing site is provided as-is for information. Project warranties, if any, are stated in the invoice or statement of work for that engagement. To the extent allowed by law, Elliott Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from project work beyond the fees paid for the specific engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes related to this site or studio work is in Pennsylvania courts of competent jurisdiction unless a project agreement says otherwise.
