Custom millwork

The problem
Larkul makes custom cabinets, wood range hoods, and grain-matched floating shelves. The public site had to do two jobs at once: let someone buy a finished shelf today, and let someone request a free quote for a custom cabinet or hood with 3D renderings.
A millwork shop is two businesses sharing one URL. The catalog needs species, dimensions, and a price someone can check out. Custom cabinets and hoods need wall lengths, finishes, Pinterest notes, and photos of the existing kitchen. A generic homepage with a single “contact us” button cannot carry both. The photography was already strong. The structure was not.
What we built
We split the paths on purpose. The shop carries white oak, walnut, maple, alder, and red oak shelves with real pricing, not “call for quote” on stock. Custom work goes through a quote form that asks for the measurements and reference photos a shop actually needs to reply. Past installs sit where they can prove quality so the copy does not have to shout. Hosting and a care plan stay with the same studio that shipped the build, so finishes and SKUs can change without opening a new project.
Visitor job 01
Species, size, and a checkout path. No phone call required for stock that is ready to ship.
Visitor job 02
Cabinets and hoods need wall lengths, finishes, and photos of the kitchen. The form asks for that up front.
Visitor job 03
Grain-matched work and past installs carry the quality. The site does not have to oversell in headlines.

What moved
The live site is larkul.com. A visitor can buy a shelf, request a custom cabinet or hood quote, or browse past work. The quote path is specific enough that the shop is not chasing missing dimensions. Hosting and a care plan keep photography, species, and product copy current after launch.
The care plan covers new photos, finish names, SKU notes, and seasonal copy. Extra work past the plan is quoted before it starts.
